906jl Frequently Asked Questions

906jl accepts PHP deposits via Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. For a full overview of available channels, visit the Deposit page.

Most deposits via GCash or Maya reflect in your account within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number for assistance.

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section. Select your preferred payout method, enter the PHP amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed back to your verified account details. For details on processing times and any applicable limits, check the Withdrawal page.

Withdrawal times can vary based on your chosen payout method and whether your KYC verification is complete. Pending identity verification is the most common reason for delays. Make sure your documents have been submitted and approved. If everything is in order and your withdrawal is still delayed beyond the stated timeframe, reach out to [email protected].

Minimum and maximum limits depend on the payment channel you choose. These are displayed clearly on the Deposit page before you confirm a transaction. Limits may also vary based on your account verification level and VIP tier.

Yes. Every session on 906jl is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which means your data is transmitted securely between your device and the platform. Sensitive account actions such as logins from new devices may trigger OTP verification as an additional layer of protection. Your personal details are handled in line with the platform's Privacy Policy.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a standard identity verification process that online platforms use to confirm who they are dealing with — protecting both players and the platform from fraud and underage access. On 906jl, you may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed. Once verified, most future withdrawals go through without re-verification.

Contact [email protected] immediately. Describe what you have noticed — such as unrecognised logins, unexpected balance changes, or suspicious messages claiming to be from 906jl. Change your password right away if you still have access. Do not share your OTP or password with anyone, including people claiming to be 906jl staff.

Every PHP wagered on 906jl earns you loyalty points that move you up through VIP tiers. As your tier increases, you unlock benefits such as improved cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, and member-exclusive rewards. You can track your current standing and progress on the VIP page. Points accumulate automatically — there is nothing extra to sign up for.

Point expiry rules are outlined in the Terms & Conditions. Generally, active accounts maintain their points as long as regular play continues. Extended periods of inactivity may affect your point balance or tier standing. Check the VIP page or contact [email protected] if you have specific questions about your current points status.

906jl offers various player rewards as part of its ongoing program. Specific bonus offers, cashback rates, and terms are communicated through your account dashboard when available. All promotions are subject to their individual terms — check your account or contact [email protected] for current offers applicable to your account.

906jl provides a set of self-management tools accessible directly from your logged-in account. These include deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off period requests. You can activate or adjust these at any time — no waiting period, no forms to submit separately. For a full overview, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Log in to your account and go to your account settings. The responsible gaming section lets you set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit may require a short review period as a protective measure — decreasing a limit applies right away.

A cooling-off period is a temporary break from the platform — you choose the duration and your account is suspended for that time. It is a useful tool if you feel you need distance from gaming for a while. You can request one through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets.

If gaming is affecting your work, relationships, or finances, please reach out for support. The Responsible Gaming page lists resources and guidance available to players in the Philippines. You can also contact [email protected] to request an immediate account suspension. Remember — gaming should always stay within your budget and be something you enjoy, not something that causes stress.
